Bento Sprint is built for club and team coordination. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

What We Collect

GitHub OAuth profile basics (e.g., name, email, avatar) to create and authenticate your account.
Club/team content you create in the app (boards, cards, announcements).
Billing-related identifiers for paid clubs (for example, Stripe customer and subscription IDs) so we can activate and manage Pro plans.
Basic operational data (logs/metrics) to keep the service reliable and secure.

How We Use Data

To run authentication, invites, and membership.
To provide the product features you use, including paid plan entitlements.
To process upgrades and subscription changes through Stripe checkout and the customer portal.
To prevent abuse and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help operate the app (for example, hosting, database, and payment providers such as Stripe) and when required by law. When you use paid billing, Stripe processes payment details directly under Stripe's privacy policy; Bento Sprint does not store full card numbers.

Your Choices

If you join a club, your club/team activity is visible to leaders and members according to your club/team privacy settings. Club owners and admins can manage billing from Club Setup.

This policy may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
